Incursion is a Kodi addon for media streaming, based on the now discontinued Covenant/Exodus, Incursion has all the features that we already know and love and it’s frequently updated. Incursion for Kodi offers library integration, Trakt.tv support, foreign providers, file downloads, premium accounts and more.
In this tutorial we are going to install Incursion on Kodi using the addons4kodi source. Let’s begin.
Allowing 3rd party addons on Kodi
If this is your first time installing addons you must configure Kodi to allow the use of unofficial addons. Skip to the next section if you already did this.
Enabling Unknown Sources will allow installation of 3rd party addons that are not available in the official Kodi repository. We also recommend enabling Show notifications since most addons use them to display important information.
Installing the addons4kodi source
We’ll start by adding the official source for Incursion called addons4kodi. This will allow us to download and install the repository directly from Kodi.
Installing Incursion Repository
The repository is responsible of installing and updating the Incursion addon when a new version is available.
Installing Incursion Addon
We’ve added the source and used it to install the repository, now it’s time to install Incursion.
You can use your Trakt.tv account with Incursion to get access to your collection and lists, read How to use Incursion with Trakt and Kodi to know more.
If you want to use the library integration feature please read How to integrate Incursion with Kodi library.
Incursion is capable of downloading subtitles, go to Tools > Settings: Subtitles to enable it, this will automatically download the first file found for your video but it can be inaccurate some times. If you need more control over the subtitle selection process please read How to enable subtitles on Kodi.
